Miami Beach Brokers® is the Southeast Florida real-estate brand operated by Christopher J. Lazaro, a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker Associate. The brand specializes in high-detail transactions across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

Christopher J. Lazaro — Broker Associate

Christopher J. Lazaro holds a Florida Real Estate Broker Associate license (FL Chapter 475), with the license held by his licensed Professional LLC, CHRISTOPHER JORGE LAZARO PLLC d/b/a LAZARO MIAMI. The broker-associate license is activated under Real Broker LLC, a Florida Licensed Real Estate Brokerage (FL Real Estate Brokerage License CQ1049632).

Brand history

Miami Beach Brokers® was previously its own independently licensed Florida Real Estate Brokerage. When Christopher consolidated his licensure under Real Broker LLC, the FREC-permissible brand-retention pattern allowed the MIAMI BEACH BROKERS® brand to continue. All real estate transactions today are brokered by Real Broker LLC; the MBB® brand operates under Real Broker LLC's authorization chain.

Miami Beach Brokers® and MIAMI BEACH BROKERS® are registered trademarks of Miami Beach Brokers LLC, a Florida limited liability company wholly owned by Christopher J. Lazaro.

1. Christopher Jorge Lazaro (natural person) — owner of both his licensed PLLC and Miami Beach Brokers LLC.
2. CHRISTOPHER JORGE LAZARO PLLC d/b/a LAZARO MIAMI — the licensed Broker Associate entity under FL Chapter 475.
3. Real Broker LLC — the licensed Florida Real Estate Brokerage hosting CJL-PLLC's broker-associate license and authorizing MBB's MLS access. License # CQ1049632.
